Took me long enough, right? I am thrilled to be writing my first blog post on The Fashion Speak. I have wanted to start my own blog for ages now, and I am proud to finally do it. After many months of brainstorming the direction that I wanted to go with this blog and what I wanted to call it, The Fashion Speak was crowned as royal winner. This is an outlet to share my internal monologue as I navigate through a fabulous life in a fabulous world. This is an ideal time for me to dive into The Fashion Speak as insanely amazing things continue to unfold each day in my life. Allow me to give you a tiny preview of what I mean by that:
Right now I am calling Washington DC my home although I will spend part of the summer elsewhere. That elsewhere being MILAN. Soon, I will be studying Italian fashion at the University of Milan. You know, located in one of the four fashion capitals of the world at the same university where Miuccia Prada received her doctorate. Super casual. This adventure will be chronicled on The Fashion Speak and you do not want to miss a second of it. (No but really, things are going to get epic on here)
At just nineteen years old, the opportunities and experiences I have had are almost unfathomable. I will give you the rest of the details, don't worry. In the mean time, put on your favorite Prada sunglasses and prepare to view the world as I see it.
