The Fashion Speak : Monrov Co. | Your New Graphic Tee

When it comes to casual wear, one of my classic go-to looks is a graphic tee, skinny jeans and sneakers. I like to mix and match different aesthetics and I am constantly pulling inspiration from a variety of different places from runway to retail stores. I am always on Instagram scoping out new brands and trending looks to create my own original style. Graphic tees are a staple in my wardrobe, especially as a college student, as they provide a put together look that offers equal parts comfort and cool.

With an abundant love of graphic tees, it is no surprise I was thrilled when I found Monrov Co on my Instagram feed. I was immediately intrigued by the brand's signature tees that feature a very Cara Delevingne-style lion above the Monrov Co logo. After speaking with the designer of the brand, Amos Mulbah, I was inspired and eager to get my hands on my own Monrov Co piece.

As a designer Mulbah is involved in every single aspect of his company, infatuted with the pieces and products he creates. He is mentored and inspired by designers such as the talented Jason Wu and the stylistic eyes of Edward Enninful. Monrov Co looks to become a high fashion brand and are planning to debut a Fall/Winter 2016 ready-to-wear collection, which I can't wait to see.

The signature collection which includes watches, tees and eyewear was debuted in Spring 2015. The designs feature an inverted chevron design which symbolizes power and rank, with the Monrov logo placed as the centerpiece of the tees.
