The simple addition of a long necklace takes a basic white tee shirt (of which I have tons) from plain to pretty. My favorite long necklaces are either gold or silver and have minimal detail. This preference is what drew me to popular pieces of Fortune & Frame, seen in WWD and Refinery29.
I am a huge fan of the Envelope Fortune Locket in gold. Not only does this necklace elevate my white tee, it also makes a meaningful statement with a fortune that says, "let disruption and discomfort be your guides," the fortune written by F&F founder, Gretel Going.
Much like my favorite F&F necklaces, my favorite rings also have a signature meaning as well. In 2014 the Manhattan-based brand launched their On the Mend collection, a line that symbolizes all things broken, rustic and put back together again. I like the Bandage ring in gold. I recommend mixing and matching the rings - I love to stack the Barbed Wire rings in rose gold and gold for a delicate yet edgy look.
