Right now, millions of college students feel as if a looming rain cloud is hanging above their heads as they struggle to make it through the end of the year.
Now is the perfect time to step back, take a deep breath, relax. There will be plenty of opportunities to think about finals, like when you're taking them. The fact is, grades don't get better by worrying, they get better by studying. What does this mean?
This means that worrying will do nothing to get you closer to where you want to be which is presumably curled up on your couch watching Christmas movies and drinking hot chocolate. Or is that just me?
My advice is to harness all of your worry, your doubt, your stress, you fear and your anxiety and redirect all of that negative energy into what you are studying on or working towards. Let all of those feelings be the fuel to carry you to the finish line.
